Understanding Today. Confident Steps for Tomorrow.
Comprehensive neuropsychological and psychological evaluations for children, adolescents, and young adults.
ClearStep Neuropsychology helps families understand how a child's unique pattern of strengths and challenges may affect learning, attention, memory, behavior, emotions, and everyday life.
When Something Doesn't Quite Add Up
Why is school so difficult despite strong abilities?
Is this ADHD, anxiety, a learning problem, autism, or a combination of concerns?
Why are organization, time management, and completing assignments so difficult?
Why does my child struggle to remember or apply things they have learned?
Has a medical or neurological condition affected learning or development?
Why have previous supports or interventions not helped enough?
What accommodations, therapies, or supports would actually make a difference?
What Is Pediatric Neuropsychology?
Pediatric neuropsychology looks at the relationship between brain development and how a child thinks, learns, remembers, pays attention, solves problems, manages emotions, and functions in everyday life.
A neuropsychological evaluation helps identify both strengths and areas of difficulty and can clarify not only what a child is struggling with, but why those difficulties may be occurring.
